Step 1Download and install Aiseesoft Free Video Converter
Download and install this free video converter on your computer according to your own computer system as this program has the relatively version for both Windows and Mac computer. Then after installation, launch this free Creative Zen converter.
Step 2Load your videos and select the right output format
Then add the videos and music you want to play on your Creative Zen player by clicking "Add File(s)" button to add video and audio files. Then select Creative Zen compatible video or audio formats on the "Output format" drop-down list.
Step 3Start the Conversion
After you choose the right output format file, click "Convert". You can choose to shut down your computer or open the output folder after conversion so you don't have to sit before your computer waiting for the conversion to finish.
Step 4Transfer videos to your Creative Zen
Open up your program (Zen V Series Media Explorer), and connect Zen V Plus. Select "Convert". This option is a must, because videos are viewed in the format as Uncompressed AVI. This is large format, and can generally be a pain.
If you want to add playlists to your Creative Zen media player, you can also use Windows Media Player if you are using Windows PC. With WMP, you can create your playlist and save it to your Creative Zen player.
Step 1If you do not have Windows Media Player on your computer, you may need to download and install it on your PC first. And then connect your Zen to your computer with the USB cable. Then you will see a prompt appears on the Zen player.
Step 2Then select "Turn on USB Storage" on your Creative Zen player and launch Windows Media Player. Click "Create Playlist" and then "Play" tab on Windows Media Player to open an area where you can create the playlist for your player.
Step 3Click your Zen's name on the left column of the program to let the Zen's music library appears. Then drag and drop the songs from the music library to the "Play" area of Windows Media Player.
Step 4Click "List Options" button and then "Save list as". Then a window pop-up, click "Save as type" filed to choose "M3U Playlist" to convert your songs into a playlist.
Step 5Choose your Creative Zen player's listing from the drop-down menu at the top of the "Save As" window and click "Music" > "Save" to save your playlists to your Creative Zen MP3 Player.
