Reset iCloud email on iPhone

1Unlock your iPhone and open the "Settings" app.

2Tap on "iCloud" when you enter the settings window. (On the iOS 10.3.1, you need to tap your Apple account to find the "iCloud" option)

3Scroll towards the end and click on "Delete Account". Click "Delete" again to confirm your operation.

4Your iPhone will prompt that what you want to do with your iCloud Safari data and contacts. You can tap "Keep on My iPhone" to keep these data on your iPhone. Or remove them by tapping on "Delete from My iPhone".

5Back to iCloud and log into a new iCloud Email account.

6Tap on "Merge" to merge your iCloud Safari data and contacts with the new iCloud Email account. Or you can choose "Don't merge" to start with a brand-new iCloud Email.

Reset iCloud email on PC/Mac

1Navigate to Manage Your Apple account site and login your iCloud email account. You will get a message with a verification code on your iOS devices. Enter the code to continue.

2Click "Edit" > "Change Apple ID..." to enter a new iCloud email address. Click "Continue" to confirm this operation.
